In the early years of his career, David thrived as a commercial leasing broker, adeptly representing both landlords and tenants in their office space requirements. In recognition of his remarkable achievements, David was honored with the prestigious “30 Under 30” award in 2013. Subsequently, he transitioned to the landlord side, assuming the role of VP of Leasing at Himmel & Meringoff Properties, where he skillfully handled the leasing efforts for their extensive 2.5 million square foot portfolio.Later, David brought his talents to Convene as their Director of Acquisitions, playing a crucial role in spearheading the company’s nationwide expansion into flexible office, meetings, and hospitality spaces. Drawing from his profound knowledge of real estate and construction, David serves his clients with unparalleled expertise, primarily focusing on the Long Island region, specifically in the Melville market, where he has resided his entire life. He has also made significant contributions in other major markets, including Dix Hills, Woodbury, Syosset, Plainview, Old Bethpage, and throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.Over the past two years alone, David has demonstrated his outstanding capabilities by being responsible for over $60 million in real estate sales, solidifying his position as a trusted and accomplished professional in the industry. David is also a developer of homes focusing on the redevelopment and ground up construction of homes in the Melville area and beyond.
